The leadership role that oversees the operation of the Corinth Branch of the Saratoga Regional YMCA organization, including program and membership growth, property management, staff and volunteer development, fundraising, community relations, and collaborations/partnerships. Growth and expansion of the major revenue drivers which include membership and programs are essential. It is key to build and strengthen relationships in the community and effectively relate to diverse groups which will result in greater collaborations and authentic relationships. A proven track record of fiscal responsibility and sound financial management skills is required for day-to-day monitoring of branch budget. Collaboration and recruitment of community leaders as well as staff development, training, and retainment. Maintain YMCA Director status certifications and keep current.
