About Aly Ursiny

With a degree in Mechanical Engineering, I started my career fresh out of college as a Sales Engineer for Olympus. Having exposure to all facets of a business, I quickly learned my skills would be best suited in a career in sales. I spent nearly ten years of my career in the medical device industry selling to healthcare professionals, with the goal of optimizing surgical procedures. After having my daughter in 2018, I decided to leave my life in operating rooms and the road, to stay at home with her. I decided to open my own small business in September 2019, an online clothing boutique for women. I researched, sourced clothing, and built the website within a week and this has continued to be a fun side project to work on. I am now interested in getting back into the workforce part-time, in a role that not only utilizes the sales, customer service, and creative skill set I developed in my professional career and entrepreneurial endeavors, but also offers the flexibility for me to continue to be the primary caretaker for my children.
