Special Education Paraeducator / Service Coordinator
CurrentAssist with creating an instructional environment that is conducive to the intellectual, physical, social, and emotional development of students. Assists with maintaining a safe and orderly learning environment.Serves as an ITP service coordinator conducting 6-month and annual reviews, helping the family access program resources and other community resources based on identified needs, and facilitating transition activities.Collaborates with childcare teachers and other members of the child's early intervention team from the school system and from other public and private partners.Complies with ITP requirements to document child and family progress and completes appropriate documentation for Medical Assistance billing for service coordination and statewide database
