• Plan and co-ordinate the incoming goods, storage and dispatch of items in a timely and efficient manner to achieve the team objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), as determined by the Warehouse Manager• Overall responsibility for all aspects of the effective supervision, training & development and health, safety & welfare of the team• To ensure effective, safe, accurate and timely stock management to include space allocation, stock transfer and dealing with non-confirming product• Perform daily stock count to make sure of matching record of stock in the system with physical count• Responsible for ensuring that the quality of the product and service within the Warehouse is maintained at the highest possible standards for the customer• Ensure quality procedures and team quality targets are strictly adhered to• Implement the company’s Health and Safety Policy, ensuring safe working conditions and practices within the Warehouse• Implement and follow the established items location system for better control and smooth running of operations• Generate maintenance requests for the facility and equipment at the warehouse• Key user of Microsoft Dynamics GP- I have been awarded with the star performer of 2015 on the group level.

Receive containers as per delivery schedule from purchasing department or agreed scheduled with the suppliers• Receiving finish goods from Production• Dispatching to customers as per sales orders• Monitoring the Transfer of material as per material transfer orders• Ensure the QA standards and procedures in receiving, storing, and issuing of goods, and report quality issues• Control product leaving the warehouse• Supply raw & packaging materials to production as per plan• Maintaining the stock and the movement’s records• Following scheduled cycle counts for certain items, and monthly comprehensive inventory• Ensure operations are in line with the safety standards• Follow the warehousing good practices• Ensure operations are in line with the safety standards• Supervise warehouse staff and direct their performance and needs• Key user of SAP.
