Helping training institutes to synergies their offering and provide a better training experience for the people by helping to build quality courses and materials, execution of training's in multiple locations.

Primary responsibilities• Develop course work and curriculum for ITSM platform• Perform training needs analyses;• Designing course materials and other documents such as handouts, manuals and exercises;• Work and interview SMEs to glean and document knowledge• Designs training manuals by identifying and describing information needs; using desktop publishing; submitting initial versions for review; revising and editing final copy.• Conducts training classes leveraging in-person, and remote video and pre-recorded sessions.• Develop online courses and certification process for customers, engineers and partners.• Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and course outcomes

Primary Responsibilities: • Develop and exhibit technical subject matter expertise on the assigned enterprise storage systems (EMC VMAX, EMC VPLEX, HDS VSP, Cisco MDS Series SAN Switches, Brocade Switches, Multipathing Software) and associated processes and procedures.• Perform change management and incident management for enterprise storage systems. Coordinate, communicate, and execute maintenance activities, upgrades, and patching for management/monitoring tools.• Generate capacity reports, performance, trending, incident reports and other related items to enable the delivery of required monitoring solutions.• Develop an understanding of project engagement processes (Service Readiness) and partner with project teams on Conditions of Satisfaction deliverables including support documentation.• Provide support for new systems and projects (working with vendors, other platform support teams) and implement the tools to enable the ongoing support.• Regularly identify and implement improvement opportunities• Provide 24x7 IT storage operations support in a team on a rotation and on-call basis. Adjust working hours and schedule as needed.• Understand and follow IT processes including Change & Configuration, Problem, Incident and Service Readiness and other established team procedures.
