During my tenure as an HR Manager and HR Project Manager, a strategic approach was taken to managing the HR lifecycle of workplace participants. From September 2016 to 2019, March 2020 to August 2020, and August 2021 to January 2022, leading a team of three, we spearheaded the development of an effective HR strategy, designed and developed an onboarding process, and created successful employee engagement strategies. Collaboratively, we created and implemented a modern HR system, developed a capability framework for leadership skills and behaviors, and designed and developed comprehensive work-related training and development programs. These programs focused on enhancing skills and were strategically aligned with organizational performance goals. Organizational training requirements and effectiveness were analyzed and assessed, followed by the design and delivery of training of workforce leaders and their teams on best practices, onboarding, DEI, and compliance.

Extensive research was conducted using diverse sources to understand the compliance requirements, working in collaboration with the onsite HR manager. This thorough research served as the groundwork for developing policies that are legally and technically compliant and in line with the Children's Medical Research Institute's mission and values.

HR Business partnering with retail and real estate organizations in Sydney to drive their organizational outcomes and growth through strategic talent development and leadership initiatives. My experience with Disc Assessments and STAR workplace allowed me to lead projects based on results that significantly enhanced employee performance, engagement, and retention. The outcomes have improved productivity, increased satisfaction, and reduced turnover rates.

Provided workforce partnerships with CEOs and General Managers in Pubs, Surf Clubs, and Returned & Services Leagues Clubs across Southeast Queensland to create, implement, and manage HR strategies, services, and programs to support the workforce. Led and facilitated leadership development programs for managers and influenced content development for multiple leadership development programs that have equipped managers with the tools and knowledge to lead effectively and inspire their teams.

As a subject matter expert for training, the learning and development involved leading initiatives to transform individual and team behaviors, enhancing business results through consultative training and operational standards.
