In the Department of Bioresources I had the opportunity to work with X-Ray Diffraction and Chromatography machines. The title of the study was “Conversion of pectin from biomass” where I have researched and analysed the pectin extracted from oranges. I proved I was a team player, completed my tasks in a timely manner and always tried to learn from the more experienced engineers to make sure the project was delivering the right results in the shortest time.
