- Contacting leads and pre-qualifying them and booking in Discovery meetings.- Attend discovery meetings, get to know the prospect, learning their goals and objectives. - Discuss possible strategies towards financial independence.- Analyse client’s financial circumstances and source out investment options in high growth areas as per client’s goals and retirement plan.- Preparing property investment analysis on possible options and presenting them to the client in property meeting.- Negotiating with vendors on client’s behalf. - Doing property walkthroughs/site visits- Aiding clients with finance and conveyancing through respective partners.- Seeding referrals

Full Circle Investment Group gave me an opportunity to exercise my strengths, interpersonal and negotiating skills, in property investment milieu. Initially my job description was to call provided leads,pre-qualify them, and book them in for Discovery meetings for consultants. Later I progressed, after extensive training and role playing, to booking in my own Discovery meetings. This included,- Meeting up clients.- Getting to know the client, understanding their personal and financial goals- Discussing possible strategies towards financial independence.- Booking in property meetings for Property consultants.I worked ardently throughout my time at FC to facilitate my personal ambition to excel in property investment market; whenever opportunity arose I presented myself for upskilling as I am passionate about this industry. With perseverance and much needed grittiness I rose to what I aimed for and that was to become a property consultant. I take pride in my journey as my growth mindset aided me through every obstacle that came in my way.
