Purchase Requests, Costpoint entry (PRs, BOM, Vouchers, Deposits, Materials). Kitting production orders and ensuring material meets quality requirements. Maintains Ex/Im spreadsheet. Creates kit lists and labels, compiles kits for manufacturing approval. Verifies available on-hand stock with BOM to ensure material is available. Communication across multiple departments for timely assembly of parts and materials for program needs. Maintain, manage, and report shortages and part number discrepancies for correction. Responsible for reviewing packing lists for accurate receipt of order and items.Responsible for program specific material storage, location set-up, and BIN creation to support current and future program inventories as well as support Supply Chain team in cycle counting and physical inventories. Manage Inventory Control in Costpoint. Maintain and order office supplies.Maintains Incoming/Outgoing packages log – receipt, inspection and verification of goods.Review Travel Expense Reports. Use of Microsoft office suite, phone, scanner, fax and office equipment.
