Main Duties:- Direct the identification and evaluation of the company's risk areas in accordance with the company's strategic objectives and governance processes.- Assessing the Company's financial, operational, HR and IT procedures to determine the reliability and integrity of information compliance with policies, plans, procedures, laws, and regulations; the safeguarding of assets; and the economical and efficient use of resources.- Performing the audit in accordance with the approved audit program and ensure that audit objectives have been met to support the audit conclusions/results.- Communicating, via written reports and oral presentations to Executive Management and the Audit Committee, the results of the audit and consulting projects, audit plans, and recommendations to resolve audit findings.- Providing consulting assignments based on Executive Management and the Audit Committee, request in order to establish a fact or to evaluate a specific situation.- Maintaining an appropriate, constructive, and fluid two-way dialogue with external auditors and all assurance providers and conduct a follow-up on management’s response to findings and recommendations.- Acting as Auditor-in-Charge (AIC) - for the internal audit department during some COVID19 periods.
