 Advising clients on various legal and business matters including but not limited to real estate, joint ventures, FDI, hotels, taxation. Research and analysis of the prospect of the area, finding the profitable venture/projects, presentation of the same to the prospect client; Doing negotiations, legal due diligence, drafting and finalising the documents required for execution of the project;During the past six months I have successfully completed projects worth Rs.1 Billion. Developing and finalising the scope of work/work orders for upcoming or existing solicitations/contracts, which includes research and analysing various issues and risks involved;  Conducting pre-solicitation briefings which includes addressing the prospect contractors about the scope of work and responding to various queries raised by them;  Reviewing and evaluating technical, cost proposals and draft contracts received;  Negotiation on technical, cost issues and terms and condition of contract with prospect contractors;  Drafting, finalizing and executing/awarding contracts/agreements/task orders etc.  Post award administrative work: managing/administrating contracts; modification/amendments of contracts; legal audits; daily administrative work such as supervising working of contractor, visiting site of work.  Legal Drafting of various agreements/contracts like Joint Venture/Shareholders’ Agreement, Technology Transfer Agreement, Lease Deed and License Agreement, Sale Deed, Escrow Agreement, Software Agreement, Employment Contracts. Secretarial and Governmental Compliances: Assisting clients in setting up business operations in India by getting requisite permissions required from government authorities and assisting them in complying with other statutory requirements. Opinions: on various legal matters pertaining to Labour Laws, Company Law, Taxation, Banking, Employment Laws, Mergers and Acquisitions, Bankruptcy, Liquidation and Winding UpSpecialties: Corporate laws and contracts
