I design marketing solutions that help brands, people and businesses grow. My work has helped envision the future of media, make market research relevant again, simplify the adtech labyrinth, humanize flexible real estate and heal the $190B musculoskeletal pain crisis. I’ve been told I have a ‘ridiculous knack’ for making B2B brands show up in a much more human way. I’m three-parts artist and two-parts scientist. I was drawn to marketing because it is a kind of alchemy: a blend of (he)art and science, discovery and design. I find joy in uncovering the rational and emotional truths of a brand or product and translating them into business, brand and creative strategies that catapult growth. I believe that growing high-performing teams is also a kind of alchemy: building a team with diverse talents and perspectives is only the first step. The real work is a daily practice of cultivating an environment where it’s safe to listen, speak and learn. I’ve led teams as small as three and as large as 30 at established brands, startups and scale-ups through times of prosperity, uncertainty and difficulty, helping them learn, grow, focus on what matters and get results no matter the weather. These teams have driven millions in pipeline, helped close multimillion dollar deals and supercharged brand awareness and consideration. Every step I’ve taken in my career is driven by an insatiable curiosity and craving for growth and impact. I’m at my best when I am leading a team to achieve audacious business goals, working on big-picture strategy, and focusing on the future, and I’m not afraid to dig in on execution when necessary. I thrive in organizations where disagreement and debate are welcome, growth and learning are encouraged, speed and impact are balanced, leadership is seen and appreciated in everyone, and diverse voices are heard, nurtured and respected.When I’m not at work, you’ll find me moving my body any way I can: running, cycling, hiking, dancing and skiing are faves.
