From a virtual aspect, I plan out time surrounding class to allocate to my position in the Senate. I dedicate upwards of 15 hours in a work week to perform my job duties.

I utilized the Fireside Constituent Relationship Management platform to report and respond to constituents concerns. Along with that, I represented Senator Seth Lewis and House Representative Jennifer Sanalitro at their District Office and at events within our district.

In my position at Orientation Services, I assist incoming and transfer students with registering for our SOAR and BAH programs, The Success at Iowa ICON Course, and well as answer any questions they might have about the university or our programs. As well- I follow important FERPA guidelines regarding the student's privacy.

As a Cabana Server, I assisted in all parts of service. Whether that was operating the NorthStar POS system, preparing beverages, expediting, running, and bussing, I became familiar with a common restaurant setting. As this is a private club, I became familiar with members, memorized their orders, and made sure to always provide excellent service.

As a lifeguard, swim instructor, and slide attendant at The Oasis, my tasks were on the forefront associated with water safety. Whether that was following my lifeguard certification from StarGuard for scanning the pool, teaching children the fundamentals of swimming and crisis management in water, or dispatching patrons from slides at a specified rate. On the opposing end, I maintained cleanliness by completing routine checks of the full facility, participating in nightly deep cleans of indoor areas, and monitoring chlorine levels.

As a swim instructor at Bear Paddle Swim School, I followed Bear Paddle's curriculum to teach children aged 2-14 the fundamentals of swimming and water safety, using our monthly themes to create an interactive lesson to boost morale. Along with that, I was responsible for verbally updating parents on the progress of their children weekly, and writing progress reports monthly for around 90 students I coached. These reports detailed progress, ways parents can assist in improvement of their child's skills, and words of encouragement to progress them to the next level. As I worked two days a week after school and all day on Sundays, I mastered the skill of time management to complete my high school homework, maintaining my grade point average to graduate in May 2022 with a 3.89.
