Then I had opportinity to stay within one company, where my path went from being an independent controller for Poland to the Head of Finance for theEuropean group, where each subsequent position was associated with an increasing scope of responsibilities and decision-making.I am ambitious and I want to keep developing so my competences will allow me to be responsible for financial matters and to jointly decide on the strategic goals of the company.Wanting to develop my skills, knowledge and help myself achieve my goals, I started the ACCA qualifications.I try to be closer to business, where I can have a greater impact on decision-making processes and direct access to knowledge and shareholders.
