The tower super-structure consists of reinforced concrete column and flat slab frames along with shear walls provided as the basic structural system. The first floor level is designed as transfer structure due to columns and walls discontinuities below this level creating a soft story. Lusail Marina Tower Development A Prestigious 150m high signature tower with 5 levels of basement parking, 7 levels of podiums and 27 levels of mainly hotel rooms. The key feature of the building is that the floor levels are cantilevered from the central core, creating a stepped exterior massing which spirals up the building. The floors are framed using conventional structural steel columns and composite structural steel floor framing. The lateral load resisting system consists of a reinforced concrete central core walls, which also serves as the primary gravity load system for the tower.Headquarters and Military Police Camp:The project consist of Circa 60 buildings and associated services facilities. These include the General Headquarters and Directorate buildings, Officer’s clubs and Majlis, Military Police Headquarters building, Schools, Clinic, Fire Station, Barracks, Indoor Sports Facilities, Workshops, Jail and Training Facilities.
