I have been called as a member of the Bar in two jurisdictions:Attorney-at-Law in Manila in 2000I worked for seven years as a lawyer appearing in labor courts and tribunals such as the National Labor Relations Commission, working at AH Abad & Associates and all levels of court from the Regional Trial Court to The Supreme Court of the Philippines representing clients in criminal, civil and administrative matters. I also did corporate legal works drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts as well as involvement in local government banking transactions such as funding, adjudication and negotiation as a Legal Officer of LandBank of the Philippines.I also involved myself in volunteer works providing legal advice for free in different legal aid clinics across the country.Solicitor and Barrister in Manitoba, Canada in 2013Six years of employment in Manitoba Department of Justice in different capacities. In my desire to immediately start providing service to the public, I took on a job as legal support staff in the Crown Attorney's Office in 2008.After completing the credential equivalence requirements imposed by the Federation of Law Society of Canada, I articled with the same Department prosecuting Provincial regulatory offences including violations of The Highway Traffic Act, Liquor Control Act. Upon being called to the Manitoba Bar i worked as a Crown Attorney in Winnipeg Prosecution Branch, prosecuting offences under the Criminal Code of Canada, where I stayed until March 2014 when I decided it is time to open my own Law Firm and serve the community as a private practitioner
