I am currently the office operational manager for an insurance agency. I have over 10 years of experience in the finance, insurance, administrative, operational, and accounting industries. In my current role my responsibilities include supervising all office personnel, insurance agent onboarding, overseeing the entire commissions department, auditing payroll & commission statements, formulating strategic & operational objectives, improving agent & staff performance, procuring material and resources and securing compliance. I have a Bachelors degree in Supervision and Management with a concentration in Human Resources.
