Master’s degree in Business Law graduated from France, Amadou is a jurist who is passionate about youth empowerment through Leadership and Entrepreneurship. Currently, he is working at the Niger’s Prime Minister’s office as a Private Sector Specialist. His main mission is based on the analysis and the formulation of public policies on the business climate and the development of the private sector. He also prepares a dashboard for monitoring the implementation and strategic management policies for private sector development and improvement of business climate.Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship which is President Obama’s flagship program in 2016, his goal is to make more attractive business climate in his country by promoting the private sector. Amadou dedicates half of his time to his social venture “Le COLLECTIF ZZ”, an association which aims to make social business and also to change mindset over time in Niger and Africa. As a vice president of this association and co-founder, he creates a dynamic network by organizing a meeting quarterly in Niamey on topics of entrepreneurship and generally enhance the Niger image. An event called #FadaAlumni around a subject on entrepreneurship is created on social networks. Interested individuals enroll and discuss around a dinner of problems and perspectives.As a policy maker, Amadou conducted many studies about the improvement of business environment which have been crowned with success by being published and dispatched within the public administration. The solution he came up with operated a tremendous reform in the context of improving the business environment.As a Young African Leader, his commitment to change mindset is well demonstrated by helping local communities through empowering youth and promoting private sector in a country where public sector can hire only 2% of the workforce.
