Responsible for the eMotor Project Managers Team (7 people): Manage the team workload according to priorities, resource allocation and planning, development of training and engage plans, conduct performance evaluations and conflict resolutions, escalations.Supervise the eMotor EPM guaranteeing compliance with program targets and client specifications, ensuring standard WoW between programs. In addition to actively participate in the management of the global department in the creation and control of the budget, responsible of defending IATF audits & assessor for ASPICE implementation, WoW process improvement and standardization, etc.Actively support the global Customer Application team in new business acquisition regarding eMotor requirements analysis, supplier selection, budget estimation, etc.
