• Represent Clients in Negotiation and Mediation process• Represent Clients in Court.• Taking minutes of meetings• Legal Research.• Giving Legal Advice to Clients.• Conduct interviews for the purpose of recruiting new Counsel for the firm.• Incorporation of Companies, Business names and Incorporates Trustees at Corporate Affairs Commission and filling Annual Returns and other transactions.• Carrying out Post Incorporation activities as the Corporate Affairs Commission.• Drafting of ligation processes such as, Motions, Pleadings etc• Drafting Legal document such as Letters, Memos, deed of Assignment etc• Giving legal Opinions.• Sending and receiving Emails/ correspondences for the FirmACHIEVEMENTS: • Help to maintain client stability and trust to the firm• To maintain a high standard of professionalism of Counsels in the discharge of their duties and to maintain a close relationship with clients to enable respective clients have access to the Firm. • Contribute to reduction in an effective management of employers and employee violence.
