Maintain WEEKLY CONTACT with GM, Reservations Manager and Banqueting Manager in order to develop working relationship and to have a constant awareness of trends within the hotel. Transmit all LEADS for business outside of your allocated area to the RSM in that area without delay. Advise other regions via your RSM if any RELEVANT INFORMATION pertaining to the hotel. Ensure good PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE of all properties in the group as well as of the Protea Hotels Traditions.
