I am a Self-motivated entrepreneur with a great sense of responsibility and outstanding leadership skills, a visionary that empowers the ' Now Generation ' of youth through social enterprise and business with over 8 years experience in civil leadership. I am a freelancing coach at Afritutor Internationa, an education consulting firm whose major is in human capital development and their services include student coaching/mentorship, educational guides, teacher recruitment/placement, procurement of educational materials, etc. I am the Founder of Treasured Generation Initiative (2014), a nonprofit youth organization that imparts value and ethically accepted leadership norms via different platforms and initiatives that will reform the mindset of youths at various aspects of society, I have hosted career and business seminars, skill acquisitions, mentorship programs and conferences, I have raised leaders who are imparting the society. I am a Public speaker in various secondary and tertiary institutions with several testimonies of personal development and transformations by the students. I have a vision of taking 100,000 youths out of the streets of Africa in the next 10 years and raising them to influential leaders in the marketplace, this I believe will cause a reasonable reduction in crime, unemployment, poverty, and mortality in Africa. I have a great desire for personal and national transformation as well as world revolution in which I see the youths as a target agent of change.My focal point is on imparting value and ethically accepted leadership norms via different platforms and initiatives that will reform the mindset of youths at various aspects of society, unveil the hidden treasures in youths, and inspire them to take the lead in education, health, technology, entertainment, agriculture, politics, sports, aviation, telecommunication, economy, information technology, etc.My goal is to identify, nurture, and invest in talents to attain desired transformational goals, I believe every youth is a treasure chest that needs to be uncovered for the world to see and the key to this is a purpose-driven life that unlocks us to the world of unlimited opportunities.
