As a Production Planner for Bontaz France, I leveraged my strong analytical and problem-solving skills to create efficient production plans that met customer needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. I effectively managed production priorities to optimize workflow and consistently meet deadlines. My role involved collaborating remotely with a multi-disciplinary team and communicating fluently in English and French with internal customers and international stakeholders. This ensured the optimization of the supply chain flow by managing production orders for machine and injection shops and transfer orders between Bontaz Group sites. I proposed strategic solutions, such as outsourcing operations when production capacity was insufficient, managing shifts, prioritizing products, and negotiating with internal customers to enhance supply chain efficiency. Notably, I led the migration from a traditional MRP II methodology to the new Demand Driven MRP methodology, significantly improving the responsiveness and efficiency of our production planning processes. I also piloted the migration to a new CBN tool called Intuiflow as a key user, further streamlining our production planning and control systems. Additionally, I spearheaded change management, identified and resolved functional issues, and proposed solutions for buffer parameter management and database corrections, resulting in a more efficient and reliable planning tool. Currently, I am taking on a new challenge as a key user in the migration from the MPNet ERP to Infor LN CloudSuite Automotive ERP, conducting scenario tests to detect issues and find solutions in collaboration with Infor consultants.
