Started with Gulf of Suez Petroleum Company in 1990 as an Executive Secretary for two years. In 1992, joined Halliburton where a diversity of challanging roles were furnished ahead as follows:- Started as Senior Executive Secretary handling all related office works.. ie conferences, coordination among departments, reservation arrangements, organization of events, preparation for training courses, minutes of meetings, travel arrangements, preparation and management of in and out correspondences and proficient in creating advanced sheets (KPIs), presentation and documents via microsoft office.- Then as a Principal Adminstrative Specialist with Health and Safety Department where I was involved in incidents investigations, promoting safety culture among employees, initiating a monthly health and safety magazine, preparation of statistics with related analysis and arranging for HSE training courses.- Moved to Supply Chain as a Materials Controller Specialist to handle inventory, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, coordinate between product service line and warehouse, and find opportunies across the board for cost reduction and savings.- Joined operations as a Service Planner III to function as the link between operations and finance in relation to processing department's revenue, accruals, closure of disputes, creation of contracts and price lists on SAP and all related follow up.- Finally, was selected by VP to launch the centralization project through supervising a team of eight employees as an Order to Cash Team Lead where I founded a new function for monitoring, controlling and handling company's revenue and accruals across the board via KPIs, data analysis, SAP system processing and reporting. This function succeeded to achieve its target and was taken as a model for other countries to follow. All the above experience enabled me to be a professionally trained, creative, innovative, multi tasked, far-sighted and broadly experienced team player with strong communication skills. Capable to work under stress and able to foresee and initiate ideas to expand on existing systems and to successfully penetrate new ideas for development.
