I was a trainee in the Flight operations building at King Abdulaziz International Airport, responsible for:- Filling out a job vacancy form.- Saving all letters and sending them to the upper management through WATHIQ system. - Documented all the work weekly in Microsoft planer. - I worked on the SAP, CARDIX system to extract all necessary information (Background sheet).- Participating in Projects such as doing job descriptions for the duty managers for the new organizational unit in IOCC. - Arranging the files of each department within the division to facilitate the work of monthly statistics meetings, on (entry/ exit employee - early retirement...). - Follow-up of transfer cases inside/outside the division) in Excel sheet format. - Finally, I did orientation for new coop-trainees and I was the group leader.
