• Involve as a Proponent in KAUST Utilities Expansion Project, KAUST Perimeter Fence Project, and KAUST Research Park Infrastructure Project.• Participate and contribute during design review sessions associated to project proposals and detailed design packages of New Facilities.• Participate during the Bidding stage on Contractor and Vendor Evaluations.• Review Design Deliverables pertaining to Static and Rotating Equipment, Piping, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems as per related construction specifications.• Review documents such as Material submittals, Inspection Test Plan (ITP), Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) Procedures, and finally Quality Dossier and/or Material Test Certificates.• As Proponent attends Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of all Critical Project Equipments. • Perform Daily Construction Site Inspections and Generate Installation Deficiencies and Technical Reports for any Plumbing and Fire Protection related Issues.• Perform Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning of Plumbing System, Fire Protection System, Irrigation System, Underground Network Piping, and Other Mechanical Equipments.• Troubleshoots and Assess the Root Cause of the identified defects of any Piping and Equipment related issues.• Manage the Operation and Maintenance of Various building equipment and facilities.• Operations & Maintenance of KAUST- Sea Water Reverse Osmosis Plant that comprises Seawater Intake, Pre-treatment, SWRO & BWRO desalination, and Pre/Post dosing systems.• Carry out condition monitoring checks and preventive maintenance audits to ensure flawless operation of the SWRO Plant systems.• Planning & supervision of Corrective maintenance to expedite availability and business continuity.• Active involvement in fault diagnosis and troubleshooting of plant equipment, downtime analysis, and failure root cause analysis.• Review technical submittals and provide comments & recommendations and respond to technical queries and clarifications.

Project: JAZAN REFINERY & TERMINAL PROJECT – EPC-11.• Participate and contribute to the design review sessions of project proposals and detailed design packages for new facilities.• Carry out inspections of Static & Rotating equipment and Field Piping installation as per ITP, the scope of works, and the project specifications.• Walk down the PMCC Systems with all stakeholders and generate Mechanical EILs according to the scope of works and the project specifications. Further, attend closing inspections.• Observe Mechanical Equipments Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, and Start-up as per vendor manuals, and pre-approved procedures and validate SOO, and test acceptance prior hand them over to the end user.• Execute Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and provide recommendations for major repair of oil and gas rotating equipment.
