• Worked on the intervention “impact evaluation school level data collection and usage” under the Malawi Education Sector Improvement Project (MESIP). • Analyzed survey data collected through apps in Aug 2021 to determine the impact on indicators including attendance rate, repetition rate, teacher attendance rate, PCR • Created relevant indicators for data analysis including teacher time on task, student attendance rates and teacher attendance rates etc. • Carried out diff and diff analysis for the control group and treatment group, ran t-tests for the population and sample to see the effect of the intervention; created graphs and helped with data visualization of the survey results

• Led 15 projects to date, impacting 1000+ public school students and kids in orphanages in Lahore, Sheikhupura and Multan • Published an activity book “Saad akela nae hay”, which follows the story of a young boy who navigates through issues including mental health, gender roles and healthcare during the pandemic. (1000 copies of this book were distributed for free across Punjab) • Collaborated and worked with NGO’s and organizations including the Lahore Students Union, Shoe Box, Global youth mentorship initiative, Xyla Water, and Aghaaz for collection of donations and created modules and curriculum • Drafted 20 different curriculums on themes ranging from social responsibility to gender roles, women and minority rights, climate change, recycling. These modules were classroom based and were delivered across a period of two weeks to three months.
