I am an author, motivational speaker and educationalist. Over the last 12 years, I have been able to influence over 3 Lakh senior secondary students in India, through national bestsellers like "The Art of Concentration in the Age of Distractions", and wisdom talks. I have come to learn that combining the wisdom of scriptures with cutting edge scientific research can reveal profound solutions to our daily problems. Be it overcoming distractions, time management, achieving endless motivation, parenting teenagers, or emotional well-being - learning the principles of life can make anything is possible. After graduating with B. Tech (Hons.) from IIT Kharagpur and working briefly with MNCs like ADOBE Inc., my inner calling led me towards bringing sustainable social changes.I therefore founded ARJUNA Group, an NGO. With more than 15 years of experience in mentoring students, I have been invited as a keynote speaker in India’s top institutes like IIT BHU, IIT K, IIT M, IIT Indore, IIIT Vadodara, among many others.
