Responsibilities:⦁ Run the CMM machine and control the standrad room and calibration of instrument by internal and external.⦁ Inspection of Incoming material of Pheon group (RPF, Pheon , Spears Supply, Staxx Spears).⦁ Visiting vendors places to ensure their quality product and Process.⦁ Visiting Vendors places to validate their process, gauging and fixtures.⦁ Multiple times visit the vendors place for developing and implementing acting for new Products.⦁ Meeting with supplier to discussed with regular issues in compoents.⦁ Make the various documents like incoming Rejection PPM,5 step problem Analysis(8D CAPA),PPAP ,APQP,SPC,MSA,Control Plan,PFMEA,Pareto Analysis etc.⦁ Visiting the customer places for customer complaint and Analysis the issues.⦁ Visiting the various place whenever recived the feild complaint from customer end and resolve the issues and implement the needfull action.⦁ Minimize repeat complaints and monitor corrective action. To ensure the documentation in the appropriate format.⦁ Intervene and address critical process/Product related problems facilitate interaction between Development, Manufacturing and quality team to ensure corrections.⦁ Improve quality management systems by ensuring adherence to the quality management system through ensuring that the quality of incoming, in process, end product and special process is maintained as per the standards.⦁ Responsible for Micro level study of the entire factor affecging to production i.e.Rejection control for all rejection issues.⦁ Provide training on product basis& process basis to all quality control operators.⦁ Assigned with the task of introducing “5S Principles” in quality Department.⦁ Implement the WIS for product wise & process wise differently.⦁ Implement the kaizen, OPL ,PFD for improvement basis.

Responsibilities:  Inspected all raw materials and maintained the stock by physically and by busy software.  Used to prepare all job cards (control plan) and planning the daily production. Approval the process by checking machine setting. Updating the stock and purchasing the raw material requirement wise. Dealing with customer regarding their requirement. Monitoring the production, dispatch and store. Inspection the final product. Make the invoice and e-way bills for dispatch.
