I was requested to stay on staff through the acquisition of Countrywide where I served within a team responsible for loan fulfillment system processes for BAC customers. I acted as an SME for loan fulfillment systems set in place to help loans get funded. I was hired into this role as a Software Developer within the Loan Fulfillment department’s Software & Systems Group responsible for building middleware to run the company’s loan origination system. I was requested to shift to Quality Assurance soon after my initial hire due to demonstrated skill set and adaptability into a new industry. I served as a key player in the company’s expansion from 4 to 45+ stores and the final purchase by Best Buy in 2005. I built the entire network infrastructure from the ground up and I spearheaded all projects related to connecting each store to the company’s main office. The implemented system included PO creations, quick product lookup, customer database, sales history, shipment integration, email, and reporting.☛ I developed a delivery management system which included product picking for delivery, automatic, short distance, and customer preferred routing, customer notification process, weekend delivery, and integration with the company’s website.☛ I facilitated all datacenter design and construction, designed the website, installed network devices, and secured intranet.
