▪️ Operation Executive in both coastal and LCL export operations▪️ Transportation coordination from port to different locations ▪️LCL customer service (hazardous cargo). ▪️LCL cargo tracking and updating the same to the customer on time▪️FCL rate quoting & booking ▪️Hazardous Container booking in different shipping line sites such as ONE, MSC,Hapag, Hyundai and RCL▪️General container booking at MSC,ONE,COSCO,HAPAG LLOYD,INTER ASIA, HYUNDAI etc.▪️Taking DG permission from different lines regarding the hazardous cargo▪️Supervising LCL cargo stuffing at CFS ▪️Updating LCL cargo charges in e-freight for invoicing.▪️LCL shipments carting,booking and job generation in E-freight ▪️Creating LCL vessel schedules according to customer needs.

▪️Arranging transportation for customers from Vallarpadam container terminal ▪️ Updating E-way bill▪️ Tracking and updating coastal shipments status to the customers▪️ Supervising LCL stuffing at cfs

▪️LCL schedule creation▪️Assisting customer service team▪️Assisting export operations.▪️Tracking shipments on the Shipco site.▪️Updating vessel status on a daily basis▪️Assisting in all other office activities
