Lead Software Engineer Ii
Current- Determine design strategies and methods for developed modules- Define projects scope and support proposal write-up- Understand and verify functional requirements of applications - Determine security and performance requirements of systems- Analyze customers’ requirements and suggest possible approaches- Review developed modules codes to ensure compliance with coding guidelines- Conduct system development and effort estimate- Manage project technical activities during project phases- Mentor design processes and review design document- Technically lead developers in the development phase- Determine and find solution for the key design issues, for instance; concurrency control and handling of events, distribution of components, error and exception handling and fault tolerance, interaction and presentation, and data persistence- Plan for the construction of developed modules and applications- Responsible for activities like coding using software building tools, unit testing, integration with other software modules, root cause analysis, debugging Code, bug fixing, and process measurements- Ensure applications design and construction artifacts are stored correctly in configuration databases- Provide guidance/mentorship on programming practices and techniques to individuals and cross-functional teams- Architect system design and discuss system design alternatives- Supervise development team and development activities
