Communicate and coordinate with all relevant departments within the bank to ensure the implementation of the client's requirements based on the approved facilities and services.Daily monitor customers' positions in light of the approved facilities and review the daily balance of all assigned clients. Initiate the appropriate transfers/bookings to cover overdrawn accounts based on a deep understanding of the customer's facilities, limits, documentation, and supporting information.Continuously maintain an updated status of all the required supporting documents for the approved facilities of the assigned accounts.Maintain an updated file for all the assigned clients' approved facilities, terms & conditions, as well as the applied pricing, fees, and commissions, ensuring a full understanding of the different facility structures.Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
