Strong knowledge of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and prerequisite programs • Experience developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and managing quality records for compliance.• Experience working with lab equipment, their calibration along with cleaning of equipment and lab to maintain sterile environment• Strong data analysis, documentation and recordkeeping skills• Root Cause Analysis and product development knowledge• Detail-oriented in adhering to food quality and safety protocols.• Strong problem-solving skills in resolving quality control issues.• Strong team player with a background in handling multiple tasks.• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
