Coordinate & Manage Project activities for Metal Work (Structural, Non-Structural & cast Aluminium) Projects,including planning, scheduling & resource allocation.• Assist in the preparation of detailed cost estimates for projects including labor materials equipment's and other relatedexpenses• Interpret and analyze tender documents project specifications drawings and other documentation to prepare comprehensiveestimates• collaborate with estimation team to understand project scope and requirements• Conduct site visits to gather relevant information for accurate estimations when necessary• Maintain and updates cost and vendor databases• prepare the required boq form the tender documents• support the development of bid proposals ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete• liase with suppliers subcontractors and other stakeholders to obtains necessary cost information• Contribute to post tender reviews and project handovers to ensure smooth transition to from estimation to execution.• follow up with the vendor for the offer• Serve as a main point of contact for clients, contractors and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and timelyresolution of issues.• Assist in project Planning, budgeting and procurement to meet project goals and client requirements.• Coordinate with main contractor QS & solve the quantity variation and get approvals, Follow-up to get timely PaymentCertificate and payment.• Prepare contractual letters, EOTs to prevent penalties & address any delay notifications

• Oversee & guide the project team to ensure that efficient engineering, Production & scheduling of the Project Occur,namely:• Preparation, Coordination& Submission for approval purpose of all shop drawings, design calculations & technicalsubmittals• Site Management & Coordination of all activities as per project work Schedules• Preparation & Submission of Inspection requests & getting approval from consultant/Client• Preparation & Submission of materials installation method of statements.• To prepare project closeout documents, O & M Manuals, and Quality Dossier• Working Knowledge & capability of managing MEP Packages associated with interior fit out works.• Prepare or review monthly project performance reports showing the status of design, material procurement, construction,milestones, commitments, payments, charges, variances from standards, and waivers.• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the status and progress of the contracts, including project costs and schedules.• Certify the installation of mechanical services ensuring compliance with the contract documents.
