Current- Fulfilling client requirements as an HR Executive, handling both IT and non-IT recruitment needs and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the sourcing and screening process.
- Managing diverse roles including Technical (e.g., Project Manager,.NET Developer, Data Engineer, UI/UX Developer) and non-technical (e.g., Law Consultant, Desktop Support, System Analyst).
- Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process from receiving requirements to delivering resumes to managers and coordinating interview schedules, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Facilitating the visa process by collecting candidate documents and liaising with the PRO for visa processing, while maintaining compliance with labor and immigration regulations.
- Handling document management by compiling and uploading all relevant documents to the G-drive for easy access and reference.
- Utilizing online portals such as Naukri.com, Naukrigulf.com, Indeed.com, and LinkedIn for sourcing candidates and posting job openings.
