She infuses cognitive science into her strategies, transforms into a business partner to her clients, and applies a holistic, people-centered approach to small and medium businesses across several industries.Amal is a Certified Life and Health Coach (CLHC), and Mindfulness Facilitator, and holds a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification. She is passionate about coaching professionals to break through their limiting thought patterns to empower sustainable change. As a strong partnership and relationship builder, Amal is skilled at facilitating challenging conversations and helping leaders discover their blind spots.
