As an Airmen Dorm Leader (ADL), I am responsible for managing our dorm campus and overseeing repairs for 434 quarters across three dorm facilities. I handle room assignments for 32 base organizations and three military branches. Collaborating closely with Wing Leadership, First Sergeants, supervisors, and residents, I identify and execute various Quality of Life projects.

As the NCOIC (Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge) of Latin American Operations Flight Intelligence Reporting, I provided critical leadership and direction to the team responsible for supporting the intelligence requirements of two Combatant Commands.

As Command Language Program Manager, I led language training, testing, and remedial study for 512 airborne cryptologic language analysts across nine language families. Key achievements include achieving high proficiency rates, implementing effective remedial programs, and fostering interagency collaboration. I also developed a dedicated squadron language training facility, securing $38,000 in funding to obtain foreign language resources for 512 Airmen. I ensured mission-critical readiness and compliance with language training standards, contributing to operational success.

As an Airborne Cryptologic Language Analyst, I leveraged my fluent foreign language skills to translate and analyze intercepted data during flight missions. My responsibilities included providing critical threat warnings and actionable intelligence to support mission planning, contributing to the success and safety of our Airmen.
