I began the groundworks for AMLIRE with the accompaniment of two other friends in 2017, while I was a MSW student. The startup was incorporated in 2018 and the very year the startup acceleration program by the prestigious IIM, Kozhikode named 'IIMK Live' selected my startup with 10 others all over India. AMLIRE created a platform to push information and promotions in colleges all over Kerala with the help of specially designed Digital Signage display screens.

I founded Navodayan.me during the raging pandemic of Covid 19, when I found out a lot of Skilled people passed out from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas are struggling to find a job. Initially it had been a community that started communicating with the seniors of JNV who are holding big positions in eminent companies all over the globe. I played the role of a strategic planner in Hybrid Edu. I joined Hybrid Edu when they were in the effort of rebranding the company, which was initially Hybrid Recruiters, to an overseas education agency. I was part and parcel in the process of remodelling. They needed a revamping since the core objective of the company became more extensive than before.

I invented the concept of iPAT. Rather than a commerce institute, iPAT is a platform where the skills of the students are measured to understand their capabilities, strengths and weaknesses. Expert trainers execute this idea with a tool which is a course named PAT (Professional Accounts and Tax Course) that is developed with absolute care and research. I played the role of a strategic planner in iPAT to decide the basic promotion components of the marketing strategies or the establishment.
