Major Responsibilities#In this role I'm leading Civil Engineering, ELectrical Power, Site Acquisition, Site Sharing (IN & OUT), & GovernmentLiaising Departments#Overall responsibility is for Managing the Complete Program for the 4G Network Deploymentrelated Site Development, including Plan/Execute new 4G coverage & capacity sites in consultation with internal stakeholders etc.#Adhering to Group PMO process, best practices, learned lessons, other internal processes,documentation, legal and regulatory compliances#Tracking budgetary allocations, including actual spent and forecasted expenditure and accounting for differences#Plan & allocate the available resources pool in all projects productively#Timely completion of site acquisition/sharing and Civil construction process by organizing the staff and site acquisition vendors to conduct site surveys, obtaining approval from governmentauthorities, managing price negotiations, execution of agreements and handing over the site to the development team#Facilitate all acquired sites daily basis with respective landlords in resolving their issues timelyto ensure that all sites on air are accessible on time & proper administration of site maintenance#Conduct proper and regular review, performance and tracking to ensure effective and efficientvendor services#Developing and renewing agreements and ensuring timely payments related to sites#Managing the infrastructure sharing process for both sharing-in and sharing-out sites#Managing public protests/objections, maintain positive relationship and coordinate with TRC/MOD/MOH/CAA/UDA/LA etc.#Developing skill set of internal team & also sharing knowledge with outsourced resources#Providing quality assurance and project status reviews of milestones and tasks
