• Responsible for identifying, managing and growing business relationships within new, existing and lapsed schools• Develop links with Universities and other teacher training institutions to open up new source markets, establishing partnerships with these Universities to meet the needs of client schools • Support and develop quality of client visits – work with the training team to develop standards of client visits and candidate interactions• Support underperforming teachers and visit schools to check on teachers’ performance and wellbeing to increase candidate tenure and minimise drop outs• Ensure that the Sales and TAC team standards are aligned to school and candidate expectations – this includes working with the management and training teams to raise the quality of practice • Upskilling existing Education and TAC on developments in the education sector• Work with Account Managers and Consultants to increase revenue with their client base• Accompany consultants on visits with schools to secure business in all areas that Engage offer• Deal with complaint resolution when working with lapsed clients
