As part of the Customer Care, I lead a team of 33 members on end to end Quote to Cash process with 4 coordinators as direct reports including 4 different functions: Engineering, Order Management, Documentation and Logging.Main responsibilities:- Ensure all operational activities are delivered in the most effective and efficient manner;- Actively involved in continuous improvement projects, Value stream mapping, lean initiatives- Management escalation point, internally local and remote and also to other parts of the business;- Working closely with Sales Director and Country Managers to ensure team service level targets are achieved;- Ensure there is alignment and optimal synergy with local and remote teams and with other departments;- Collaborate with Sales team for monthly invoicing process;- Prepare monthly reports for sales forecasts (POR);- Prepare and conduct Personal Development Plans for direct reports and support similar implementation in the coordinators teams;- Actively involved in recruitment, resource management and workload allocation;- Responsible for the entire performance process;- Monthly check and validate the attendance reports of the team;- Responsible for ensuring training plans for entire team are delivered;- Focus on creating a culture of customer experience excellence.

Serving multiple European Countries with the following responsibilities:- Lead a team of 10 Sales Support Engineers to achieve individual goals and team KPIs;- Review reports and follow-up on performance in order to reach targets;- Balance workload within the team to ensure coverage for all activities;- Coach and motivate team members;- Participate in the recruitment of new team members;- Perform 1:1 meetings to discuss results, communication, support needed and provide feedback;- Quarterly meetings to review performance, motivation, development plans- Act as the first point of contact for country Team Leaders;- Participate in process development actions and projects related to the Sales SupportEngineering area;- Collaborate with fellow Team Coordinators to review and improveQuote-to-Cash Process;- Lead team-building activities and promote a positive environment toencourage learning, teamwork and self-confidence within teammembers;- Act as back-up for local Team Leader;- Offer solutions to customers for complex quote requests.

- Create technical quotations for the company's products received from Emerson France Sales Office respecting customer requirements and specific datasheets; - Perform special technical calculations for specific products;- Provide technical support for France sales office and ensure requests are handled at a high quality,accurately and in time;- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements- Size and select the products according to requirements and application;- Select the appropriate technical documentation;- Specify a delivery time for the selected products;- Act as a liaison between sales offices – factories – customers;- Provide technical and applications support support for the sales office;- Develop and maintain a sound knowledge of division products and industry applications;- Actively track all documents in Oracle database.
