Matrix role as Canada’s Head of Organizational Development (OD), reporting into the VP HR in Toronto; also served as key advisor to Canadian President, 10 Business Unit leaders, and 10 HRBPs (Canadian population was 10,000 employees). Other part of the role was as a member of the global Centre of Excellence in OD, reporting into the Global Head of OD, out of Montreal. As Canada Head of OD, I partnered with executive leadership to provide advisory service and support around talent management and the HR life cycle, including onboarding and integration, 9-box talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, engagement programming, implementing a new organizational model, and conducting change management on new program roll-out. Facilitated workshops, and coached and mentored HRBPs. In the COE role, I was responsible for conducting global OD and HR needs assessment, conducting research, creating HR and OD tools and frameworks, harmonizing programs to be culturally appropriate, reviewing content with Senior Leadership Team, and rolling out programming while advising executive leadership on all OD topics.
