I produced broadcast, web and radio content with a wide range of budgets. I have also line produced + post-produced for the mono in-house studio, The Shed. In my first year, I assisted senior producers on various projects, while quickly moving on to work solo. Managed creative, client, and vendor communication, all with the goal of achieving the best.

Hired as a mentor to senior level team member over a 6-month period as an effort to expand the MIA’s appeal to teens and young adults. My time was spent discussing how i feel youth culture intersects traditional museum culture and brainstorming ways to market the museum to young people in the Twin Cites as more than a mandatory field trip location.

Daily responsibilities included providing a welcoming experience, event execution, directing calls and visitors to appropriate departments, and helping patrons navigate the museum during their visit.Additionally, I assisted in the creation and management of the Walker's frontline staff community blog, visitor data entry for museum's Marketing department.

I was invited by plus-size clothing retailer Silhouettes to write weekly articles for their blog about contemporary fashion, body image and media issues facing women of all sizes. In addition to writing articles for the blog I curated a "blogger's choice" shop on Silhouettes' website.

With funding from Minnesota State Arts Board, I developed & implemented a curriculum for PYC High School. While focusing on developing student’s voices as artists of color, I taught introductory film history, theory and production. Class work culminated in my students working with industry professionals to create a short film about their lives.

Hired by the college to help shape a new position in the Communications department, my work as the Media Producer included the creation of admissions videos, documenting student work, creating assets for the school's Alumni Magazine, hiring and managing project-based freelancers and interns, maintaining historical media archives and the official Flickr and.

Assisted Witt Siasoco, Adriana Rimpel and Maria Juranic in daily classroom management during a workshop in conjunction with the Dan Graham exhibition, and taught basic final cut pro editing techniques.

Responsibilities for this media literacy non-profit included tape logging, video editing, and office organization. Acted as a peer mentor for media literacy to over 500 girls in Minnesota ages 10 to 18.
