About Amalie Vaa

I’ve always been fascinated by entrepreneurship and the process of making new ideas and passion projects blossom into something more. Design, art, service and coffee are just some of the passions I’ve cultivated for many years – and the opportunity to combine and mold these into something new has always intrigued me. It was this fascination that led me to the Copenhagen School of Technology and Design (KEA) where I studied Entrepreneurship & Design. This course equipped me with tools such as entrepreneurial thinking and fundamental business- and design know-how.I also have a BSc in Business Administration and Service Management from Copenhagen Business School (CBS). This degree combines service sector studies with business economics, and has provided me with an in-depth understanding of how to manage, market, sell and organise a service in national and international markets. By combining this knowledge with my current course at KEA, I have obtained a thorough theoretical and practical understanding of business, economics and design in an entrepreneurial context.
