● Worked in close collaboration with the Treatment Team to provide clinical care to clients. ● Provided crisis intervention and rapid response services to stabilize the client. ● Knowledge of recovery programs including 12-Steps, SMART, Celebrate, and Refuge. ● Maintained a caseload of clients in residential, PHP, and IOP by providing individual psychotherapy, group, and family therapy sessions. ● Completed biopsychosocial assessments; provided referral recommendations, discharge planning, education, and direct therapeutic interventions to clients and their families. ● Developed individualized treatment plans using the “person-centered” approach in collaboration with the client and attending doctor, which were reviewed weekly in Treatment Team meetings. ● Maintained regular contact with client’s families, referral sources, outpatient providers, sober living, insurance companies, and all other parties involved in the client’s treatment. ● Conducted peer-to-peer reviews with insurance providers in order for clients to receive on going treatment. ● Ran process groups and DBT group on a weekly basis in residential level of care to explore core issues impacting client’s recovery, as well as to help them learn distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness skills, mindfulness, and emotional regulation skills in early sobriety.● Introduced the IFS model to residential treatment and running weekly experiential groups as a form of offering transformative, evidenced based trauma treatment. ● Worked with the clinical team at HATC to prepare for CARF accreditation in residential level of care. ● Assisted the Clinical Manger in designing and implementing curriculum for PHP/IOP levels of care that integrate aspects of DBT, CBT, ACT, relapse prevention planning, and trauma-based interventions that are in compliance with Medicare standards. ● Developed knowledge of program standards, policies, and procedures in compliance with Medicare guidelines.
