I am a user experience designer with a background in Cognitive Science leveraging my knowledge in psychology, neuroscience, philosophy, anthropology, learning sciences and artificial intelligence (AI) to create meaningful and fulfilling user experience for my users. Currently, I am supporting Etiqa digital products focusing on Etiqa digital roadside assistance and other auto insurance digital services. Before that, I have apprenticeship experience practicing my UX research skills for clients from Fin-tech and Insure-tech industries in their product development. I also have experience doing interface designs for FMCG companies.I am passionate about inclusive design and accessibility in UX design and always aim to continue learning on innovative ways to make technology a more accessible tool for a wide range of community.
