- Conceptualized, designed and created Practo’s Self-service Kiosk for hospitals – including software, hardware, legal contracts, pricing and GTM strategy.- Led several key integrations of hospital HIS systems with Practo’s Qikwell Scheduler and Queue manager to increase software penetration in the hospital segment.- Launched a stripped-down version of the Qikwell Scheduler to enable go-to-market for the transactions business of Practo in medium and large hospitals. Increased scheduler user base by 25%.

- Rolled out GST compatible billing in Practo Ray software to 100% of the active users in 2 months. - Transitioned the Customer Success (remote farming) team from Totango to Salesforce resulting in a 20% increase in efficiency.- Researched customer pain points and the underlying data structures of a fully customizable Electronic Medical Records software, to increase EMR adoption among doctors of the top 10 specialties in India.

- Reporting to the COO, responsible for setting up the Quality, Training and MIS teams for Operations- Directed the development and implementation of Practo Way of User Experience, the bible of Standard Operating Procedures- Set up the Operations MIS systems on Tableau to enable greater visibility into daily operations for leadership- Defined product requirements and led the transitioning of the central ticketing system from internal tools to Freshdesk.
