I have been working as a part-time IT administrator and developer for two small company starting from 1995, for the other until 2005, for the other still. I have been responsible for all IT software and hardware purchases and installations, server and workstation administration and user support. The other company is using customer-, order- and warehouse management software system created by me by using Visual Basic, VB.NET and SQL Server database.

Information System customer support and maintenance.I worked as 3rd tier support person, receiving support requests from customers 2nd tier. My duties includes work item and problem recognition, resolution and if necessary escalation to the development team.
