• Manage day-to-day operations with 3PL / logistic provider to ensure that distribution services are provided to support the business.• Drive monthly operational & KPI reviews to drive continuous improvement and manage warehouse and distribution costs.• Lead, coach, and facilitate short-term and long-term supply chain deliverables.• Supervise and work in a hands-on role that will include daily planning/scheduling, procurement, and logistics management.• Coordinate with operations team to drive synchronization of warehouse capacity to demand plans.• Ensure effective monthly demand plan is in place to identify and resolve significant and/or critical supply-demand imbalances.• Actively participate and drive the execution of the S&OP cycle by ensuring requested data is accurate and provided to other stakeholders in a timely matter, explain deviations and anomalies and provide solutions to gaps/opportunity areas.• Managing inventory levels and inventory turns and minimizing damaged and aged inventories.• Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes.• Develop and implement new, effective ways to manage supplier relationships.• Secure and allocate appropriate resources to manage branch-level projects.

• Work closely with Demand Planning Supervisor to support demand planning in all activities. • Liaise with 3PL with regards to annual stock take, cycle count and disposal of write-off stocks. • Proper communication regarding significant current/potential supply performance problems is communicated to appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner for mitigation consensus. • Continually identifies cost reduction opportunities and realistic time-bound actionable initiatives and Implement best practices as part of continuous improvement. • Support the ongoing process to identify strengths and weaknesses of the current workflows and processes and continually looks for opportunities to streamline and improve on an operational level to enhance the customer service level. • Prepares and submits operational and review reports as directed.

• Analyze RD service level to minimarket channels, and raise any pertinent issues to RD, BDM, or sales team• Monitor and analyze RD inventory to ensure they have sufficient stocks at all times, in order to improve service level• Verify RD inventory uploaded in the BI system to ensure data accuracy• Manage RDs’ inventory level and give recommendations for ordering, taking into account the ideal DOI (days of inventory) to prevent out-of-stock situations• Coordinate with the RDs/RSMs to address any service level or inventory issues • Coordinate with the CDC team for any urgent orders that need to be fulfilled ahead of the delivery schedule• Analyze minimarket inventory level and support the BDM team in the negotiations with minimarket accounts’ PICs to increase buffer stocks at the DCs, as needed• Actively highlight potential high or low inventory across all DC and RD by locations during the weekly reporting and make a suitable action log and email all the relevant people.• Work with IT team in developing the inventory monitoring system

Logistics and Supply Chain Management Laboratory is one of laboratories in Department of Industrial Engineering of ITS Surabaya.
